A quote or estimate provided by VanderLab is not a binding order or guarantee of price or availability. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
An order is confirmed only after:
VanderLab reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
For direct orders (outside of Etsy), a deposit is required before production begins. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of your quote.
Accounts that remain unpaid beyond 14 days after completion may be subject to a late fee or the item may be held until payment is received.
You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, design files, materials preferences, and any other specifications required to complete your order. VanderLab will produce items based on the information and approvals you provide.
If an error in the final product results from incorrect information you provided, VanderLab is not responsible for replacement or refund costs. We encourage you to double-check all measurements and design details before approving production.

VanderLab may photograph and share images of completed custom work on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you prefer your project not be featured, please notify us in writing before your order is completed and we will honor that request.

All products are designed for decorative and general use unless otherwise specifically discussed. VanderLab does not warrant that products are suitable for structural, load-bearing, or safety-critical applications.
We do our best to accurately represent materials, finishes, and dimensions on our website and in quotes. However, natural wood grain, color variation, and material characteristics may differ slightly from photos. These variations are inherent to handcrafted and CNC-fabricated work and are not considered defects.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from orders or services will be handled in Alamance County, North Carolina.
