VanderLab offers local pickup and shipping within the United States. Please review this policy carefully so you know what to expect after your order is complete.
Local pickup is available at our workshop in Mebane, NC. When your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time. Pickup is available by appointment only.
There is no shipping cost for local pickup orders.
Because all items are custom-made to order, processing times vary depending on the complexity of your project, current order volume, and material availability. Estimated production time will be communicated at the time of your quote.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. We will notify you when your order has been completed and shipped.
We ship using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The carrier and method will be determined at the time of shipment.
Tracking information will be shared with you once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be communicated to you before your order is finalized. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
We package all orders carefully to protect them during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged: 1. Document the damage with clear photos immediately upon receipt 2. Contact us within 7 days at richard.vanderpool@vanderlab.net 3. Include your order details and photos of the damage 4. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or resolution
Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it: 1. Check with neighbors and any building common areas 2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number 3. Reach out to us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
VanderLab is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
At this time, VanderLab ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
